Say, "Hi," or whatever the slav equivalent is.
One important note:
SHE IS NOT THE ONLY WOMAN ON EARTH.
Do NOT get fixated on her, like you have done.
Say, "Hi," to at least 20 other women who you have no interest in.
Do NOT expect anything from any of them.
If one responds, say, "I'm Anon. Who are you?" or something like that.
If they ask why you said hello, just tell them you are trying to be less of an introvert by saying hello to people.
It really starts that simply, but you do have to actually start talking to people.
