The family and neighbors values has always being strong in the Northern states and then some Narcos from old times used to be your average Mexican poor folk wanting to leave poverty and help its family and community with the money they got buy selling drugs to the gringos but then as the groups/familias of theirs began growing big,divisions, betrayals and such started to become the norm and thus singers that knew some of them for what they did more or less wished to pay tribute to their lifestyle or what they did to their communities back in the day and such.
Current Narcos are cunts mostly just for the money, they dont deserve pity and perhaps execution is not a bad idea
