If I'm only using a computer monitor for work, can I buy a 2560x1440p?

I'll be using an rtx 4060 gpu, which is mainly only used for 1080p gaming on ultra/high settings. If I'm not gaming, will the graphics card handle just regular 1440p while working?

Also, if I'm uploading 1080p content to YouTube, does my gpu or cpu even matter? Or, is it only uploading speed that matters. I want my videos to be clear and not grainy.
