This subject always gets touchy with the spergs around here, but how do we actually know that humans have set foot on the moon? I want to believe that we landed there so badly, but I just can't wholeheartedly believe it.

What the fuck? On top of all that, we still can't create a solid plan to get to mars. We should have been there years ago if we went to moon in the 60s. The biggest bull shit 'reason' that people give is the danger that the astronauts would be in. Really? The government ships boys overseas to die all the time, but they can't find some dude willing to set foot on another planet/moon at the risk of his life? I call bullshit. Then again, wouldn't the soviets have attempted to prove that the landing was faked? If they were in the midst of a propaganda war discrediting that feat would be a huge advantage for them. There's just too much bullshit surrounding this. What does /pol/ think?
