Take it with a grain of salt, I'm not about to vouch for the source of that pic. I would imagine that autism can imply OCD, but OCD does not necessarily imply autism. Also OCD is one of those things that's very easy to misdiagnose on yourself

I think that's a bit of a misnomer. Chemical imbalances in your brain are an illness, and those can be treated. Just being wired differently is something I think you have to learn to work with. And at the same time I doubt anyone can come up with what's supposed to be the "perfectly wired brain", aside from severe cases like the downs or fullblown autism it's completely subjective
