Law enforcement has gone completely complacent; families pay bribes to have their children hired,they receive salaries without going through training or doing any actual work (some quite literally stay home all month and just attend on payday) any attempts to fix the corruption will be met by bribing someone higher to take care of you. At this point, our police are nothing more than glorified babysitters.
