Just like Myth did for Myth or Treat, Advent arranged for the costume-swap stream arts themselves because they wanted it done. What is stopping Promise or Justice from doing the same for any project? Does it HAVE to be on the official EN channel?
Maybe, just maybe it's a difference in goals.
