I still think the statement is kinda stupid. A woman's life can continue just fine after 28, as long as she did not make abhorrent decisions. What ends for her around that time is the absurd amount of opportunities presenting themselves to her day in day out.
But if she already made some smart decisions, then she no longer needs those opportunities anyway.
And the same applies to men, too. If you're some retard who spent his whole twenties being high on weed and playing video games without any degree or work experience, you'll be in a similar situation to the retarded women, because no one will be all that willing to provide you with opportunities anymore.
The line he dropped is counter productive because it will just encourage women to double down on their degeneracy even harder because "life is over after 28 anyway".
A more helpful advice would be to point out that opportunities start to decline sharply after your mid to late twenties so you better don't put taking any of them off for too long.
