have some faith in yourself, anon. you can at least start by preparing yourself to become more self sufficient by learning skills to live on your own and rely on yourself. even if nothing comes of it, you will know greater degrees of independence, while still having that safety net of your family to rely on. failure, in this case, is a sign of progress because it means you are at least taking the steps to see yourself succeed. you gotta be able to see it through the tough times.

I've done my fair share of wandering. It's necessary at times, but it's not sustainable. I want you to find your answers. I want you to find your home.
For me, such a path was disguised as the path of most resistance, so I avoided it.
I just want you think about where it may be that your wandering stops. Wandering can't last forever

maybe here i can disguise myself among the vagrants, but i know it's not true belonging. it's just the suit that fits my skin, a burden adequate enough for me to carry. when i do think about it, i can't help but imagine an ideal, so i try to not let my expectations get ahead of me and attempt to avoid thinking about it entirely.

Going slow is fine but stopping is not. Tend to the flames. Blink and you'll miss it.
Striving for something changes the way you view the world. And maybe you find out along the way that you'd prefer something else (that's fine and normal). Well, then you're probably closer now to the new goal than you would have been if you had just kept wandering.
