Your body is using the little energy that it has to digest. I don't know if this is by your choice that you're this thin, but probably consider taking a multivitamin at least and adding a meal if you don't like to eat. Then just get things you can snack on. There are plenty of nutritious snacks that can add vitamins and calories to your diet. Nuts, cheese, meat, broccoli, leafy greens as a small salad, pickled vegetables, carrots, smoked salmon, etc. At the vary least start drinking electrolytes.
