>>22502323i had no clue of what i was doing and then made a mistake, but didn't even know who to tell, and then my coworkers were acting super shady and competitive, rather than supportive, and it was all so weird. everyone seemed so oddly brainwashed, constantly yapping about political party affiliations and the bureaucrats stepping on the little man, when they were the ones in the comfy senior positions stepping on us, the new hires. there was also this feud between the workers and the homeless because the company vehicles kept getting vandalized, but they were literally living out on the streets, picking from the trash just to get by. then some customers were also acting really weird, imposing their status upon you and forcing you to act like their servant, rather than just seeing you as the random delivery man. all of this on top of having to compete daily for parking spaces with every mail courrier service, including the food delivery gig workers, in one lane streets with cars lined on each side, without causing any property damage to those cars.
my autistic little brain couldn't handle it all. not even the drugs i could afford with my earnings were enough to help me cope. maybe i should try ems work, like you, i have nothing to lose.
