Stonks have been overvalued for 10 years. Midway through the 2008 fall there was a week where the price of the DJIA matched what it should have been for the average P/E of the included stocks. When the P/E goes above 20 and starts to spike, there will be a correction within a year. Anything in the 10-20 range is healthy and fairly stable.
