best stack is dutasteride + 5mg oral minoxidil + RU (risky, need to use gloves because if it goes systemic you could possibly make yourself infertile because it's an anti-androgen).
If your hair is still thinning because of it, you're a non-responder; shit out of luck. But if you have diffuse thinning you MIGHT still have a chance because it means that something else could be causing it, just hope it's not DUPA (untreatable, no record of recovery because it's likely autoimune), or diffuse alopecia areata (hard as well).
if you are diffusely thinning but notice there aren't any miniaturized hairs, you could have TE and that is the best possible scenario because that means it's very easily recoverable. TE can happen from nutritional deficiences, meds or stress.
