That's windows 95 with a pentium 133 mhz. That was like in 1996.

2000 was pretty cool though. The cheapest DVD player was a PS2, Blockbusters were still fun and going to the movie was always an adventure.

It was the year I became 18. Until 9/11 in the next year it was an optimistic time. I'm no Chad by any means but it was incredibly easy for me to get chicks. People just hung out more, allowing spontaneous new relationships and friendships. Internet was pretty organic and unfiltered too. Life felt more real.
