>>2255126I know exactly what you mean, i'll try to explain what's been working for me: basically you force yourself to recreate each situation you are in, but from as many different delusional viewpoints as you can. Then you pick the one that seems least ridiculous. it usually also has the best outcome. you'll still be stuck with whatever choices you've already made, and will probably also make the (wrong) choice you were about to make anyway, but NEXT time will be different.
Think of it like a video game with looping areas, but when you do the right thing in each area of each loop, you get to a new loop (new level). I call this "riding (feedback) loops/spirals". It's how your brain became depressed, and its the only way it will become undepressed. You can apply this technique to anything and eventually become anything*.
