Think about what your vices are--4chan, social media, porn, stuff that gives you immediate dopamine hits without effort and/or just wastes your time, then force yourself not to indulge in them. Block websites if you need to. Turn your phone off or put it far away. Give yourself nothing else to do but productive things that require effort or activity. After a while this should do two things: reset your dopamine receptors and force yourself to do new things that make you happy with effort.
