I followed the recipe to the T and made a good bread the first time. Picrel is my first bread.

Here is another good channel for beginner bakers. No bullshit just hands on showing you how to make breads and pastries. Lot's of good tips I learned here.

If you don't have a dutch oven ( it's a cast iron pot )
