I use my rational male brain to troubleshoot when he's crying, as if he's buggy code. My wife simply FEELS what the problem is. She somehow reads his emotions and knows he's cold, or I'm not holding him just right or whatever. Every fiber of ny being is screaming that I should be out killing an elk with a spear, not burping a baby. But alas, we live in a modern world where the man has to help because we have nuclear families with no other women around to help pull the load. Still, it's worth it. He's fucking cute and handsome, and it's fun watching his little brain grow. I love the little shitter.
