i've heard psychiatrists in countries like yours are hard to bullshit, and you can get punished for "compulsive lying" & forced into other programs if they catch you lying
in the US, there's "telehealth" services which are all but prescription mills
you pick from a list of psychiatrists & then follow a short multiple-choice questionnaire, then do 30-minute video meetups every month
idk if they have that where you live, but maybe look into it
otherwise, there's always indian pharmaceuticals
