If you are living in Asia and you speak the language, ect, have no plans to return to your home land you are basically asian already, might as well continue to contribute to asia. Your kids will be better off in that country anyway. You only make them more desirable in the homeland anyway. Your idea is strictly rooted in multicultural nations like the USA.

Your basically at a disadvantage being born in the USA and having diverse parents, but in other nations its powerful buff.
