BTW here’s my NO KITCHEN method:
1. Boil water with an electric kettle.
2. Put dry noodles into a bowl, put chunks of canned meat on top if desired.
3. Add boiling water to the bowl, you’ll learn just how much to add over time so that there’s minimal water left in the bowl after cooking,
4. Cover with another bowl (I use 16oz paper bowls for both the noodles and covering) and let it sit for around 5 minutes, but it can be longer if desired.
5. Flip the dry noodles on the top to go into the hot water, make sure all the dry noodles are in the water and replace the cover.
6. After another 5 minutes, uncover and stir in mix. Drain the remaining water if there’s too much or just drink it after eating the noddles. With experience will learn just how much water to add so that there’s barely any water left over from the cooking phase. Adjust for noodle doneness of course. I can reuse a paper bowl many times before it needs to be replaced. Absolutely no kitchen facilities are needed, just any simple electric kettle or something to boil the water with you DO NOT have to actually simmer the noodles. Canned meat can stay good in room temperature for a few days if you want to add protein — I just wouldn’t use spicy meat (ie canned beef) with hot noddle mixes bit that’s up to taste.
