You live in quite possibly the most sexually libertine era in human history. Vast majority of incels are young autistic men who just don't know how to talk to people. Many who loose weight and take care of themselves not only look normal, but attractive. Some look attractive IN SPITE of neglecting themselves and could easily pull women.
There's no excuse for some irl chudjak to not lift, grab a 4/10 girl, and have a bunch of kids if they care about that.
