Oh you will have fulfillment of parts of Islamic Eschatology. Isa will 'come back' claiming to be the Historical Jesus returned from heaven, denying that he died, denying that he is the son of God, and professing Islam. He will then proceed to abolish the Jizyah tax by killing anyone who doesn't convert to Islam, and serving the Mahdi (the Antichrist)
In that way "Isa" comes in his own name, and coming in the name of Jesus, and has 2 horns like a lamb and speaks like a dragon (Satan)
but then the real Jesus will come back from Heaven, not as a claim just appearing in Damascus, but splitting the sky open and resurrecting the dead.
