Materials:
Cheese wire, 8 meters

Then put that around your neck, then tie the other side to something on top of the building, near to the edge. Something like brickwork. It needs to be sturdy enough not to break off on impact.Take super glue, pour all over your hands.
Stick hands on side of head
Wait 2 minutes
Now leap off the edge of the building
Congratulations, they just found your dead body in the street looking like you just ripped your own head off. Depending on how high the building is they might not even surmise you jumped. It'll be a MYSTERY.
