Riz Casimir: don't remember trying it
Berner Platte: ok
it just came to mind though idk if you'd count it as swiss, since it was developed in G*neva, but the entrecôte with café de paris sauce is good if done correctly. there's a place that makes it (picrel) just right and i've been going there every now and then since it has good memories. if you ever come here, I'll tell you where it is.
But you can make it at home too probably.
I always end up with breathing issues after eating that, so beware.
