>>22694224. Fentanyl does not feel good to most people. Most people lack any positive effects from mu opioid receptor agonism and at best would find "liking" sensations such as a tast of icecream to be slightly enhanced. The overwhelming consequence of escalating the dose and onset is naseua and a dirty sedation which is offset by histamine release putting the mind into a foggy state that most would rather not have. Even augmenting it with anti nasuea drugs, antihistamines and taking a stimulant to counteract the sedation will not make opioids euphoric for most people. The only thing they are effective at for most people is pain relief, especially in comparison to NSAIDs. I have received it in a hospital for broken bones, zero euphoria.
The opioid epidemic was a myth to stop therapeutic prescribing to make white americans suffer even more. Now there is a drug database in every state and patients have no input over their health. The same 87% of people that got hacked are the same that thought the opioid epidemic was real. Like covid deaths, all of the statistics are biased and inflated and count everything as a use or overdose when it's not actually the case.
Opioid addict testimony should be viewed with extreme skepticism. Most claim it just so they can get Medicaid and neetbux since social security considers it an eligible condition. That's why so many first responders say "it's heckin real" not realizing these subhumans deliberately called 911 to scam the system.
I have yet to meet a single recreational opioid user in real life that's gen z and know of only very old people who still can get them prescribed for therapeutic use.
