It seems like the purest form of getting to know if people want you is by providing nothing, being nothing, and being useless, but still trying not to be a dick.

Example:
People throughout your whole entire life want you because of a certain skill or trait that you possess. Whether it be a sperg about mechanics to a top notch programmer, or a person that can make furniture.

But if you take away these skills, the person that once took you amongst their group will disown you. We all acknowledge this fact from single-hand experience, and those that haven't experienced this know this unconsciously.

Now, if a person with absolutely no skills, no desirable traits at all, just a person that say, only can shitpost. If people like him, is that the truest form of appreciation?
