they have this insane 1-month protocol where you are subject to the infestation of lice in a controlled environment (what I understand is that this would be used in resorts for rich people, although you could do the procedure at home)
the way it works, as shown by tests and several years of experimentation is that lice for some reason increase the blood flow of the scalp being WAY MORE effective than minoxidil with virtually no side effects. after 1 month or so of treatment patients that were losing hair virtually stopped losing it entirely and the effect is apparently permanent. no, your hair does not grow back but this stops alopecia and makes hair stronger.
if you want to try this yourself, well, it's tricky because you need to wash your hair only once per week and let lice do their thing. scratching also helps stimulating the scalp.
i know it sounds crazy and idgaf you dont believe me. this company tried to get a patent but it wasnt approved.
