Foods that require minimal human labor, and can constitute a balanced diet:
Peanuts
Carrots
Beets
Potatoes
Tofu and other products
Cranberries
Legumes (chickpeas, beans,etc)
Sweet Corn grown in northern states such as Wisconsin, New York
Frozen chopped spinach and other greens (can be crudely harvested and chopped exclusively with machines)
All staple grains (Rice, Wheat, etc)
Oats
Onions
Process grade Tomato products (crushed, stewed whole, paste, etc)
Cabbage Controversy: Machines for cabbage harvesting exist in Europe, but have not been scaled into the American ag structure.
On meat: Young to middle aged men and menstruating females should probably consume meat in low quantities. Under the current bourgeois food delivery infrastructure, human hands are going to be used for choice cuts of meat. Only buy whole birds and chicken pate (pink slime) when you want to cook with chicken. Under a correct (economically efficient) system, these would be the only available items. Yes, Hot Dogs.
Fish: Imitation crab meat (Pacific Whiting pate) is a highly mechanized production system, much of which is done off the coast in the Pacific NW.
Canned Tuna: Will always need some humans, but filleting tech is improving steadily.
