As a Mexican American who has worked with other white people in the service industry for 10+ years, here are the stereotypes I see about White people in the service industry:
They move at the speed of white people. If shit hits the fan, your food wait time is going to be 1 hour+. I have NEVER waited an hour for any meal at a Mexican restaurant. EVER.
They are the purveyors of the idea "Not my Job". Literally a WHITE chef can receive orders to change an order to go and you can guarantee when the order is done the Chef doesn't say anything, he just lays it in the window. And it stays there for 20 minutes. This happens so frequently. Why do white people get tunnel vision when working? Their smooth brains have as much urgency as a black person's. Again, this never happens in Mexican restaurants.
White people are always, ALWAYS keeping track of how much work others are doing. If no one else is working hard, so won't they. It's always the Mexican who puts in the work while the White people goof off.
They cannot multi-task. Literally every time we switch from breakfast to lunch, the white person wants to FINISH cleaning which can take an hour at times because they are so slow, before they lay a single beef patty on the grill. Personally I can multi-task and I use the second grill and clean the first. IDK why this is so hard for white people to do, it sets their autism off when they have to multitask and switch tasks. Their time management is horrible.
White people conversations go on too long. I will appeal again to the to go order example. When the waitress came into the kitchen to tell the white chef to change it to-go, they had this long nonsense discussion. I timed it, it was like 35 seconds of arguing about who knows what, and then the waitress (white) forgot to ask what the customer ordered so she went back out to confirm and she came back like a slug to tell the chef what order. And they did some more arguing they laughed and it took
