Completely unrelated tangent but: I really hate the ESL culture Americans have. Like you guys treat people that can communicate in two (2) languages but they aren't great at the one they're learning (and the one you know) like fucking dirt. Day of the Rake soon but in Canada it's kinda humiliating if you can't speak 2 languages. Oh you don't know french? Enjoy being in the sped class where you learn what je suis means. Oh, you don't know french? Ok enjoy never qualifying for a government job.
Obviously we aren't going to disqualify you for the military.
Does the US teach spanish in public schools? Or any other language?
