Low crime rate is also good, though personally I'd like a little low level crime to keep things interesting, I hate how their guys ride scooters for some reason and are overly posh and their women are either mums cosplaying Live action Velma or little girls dressed like dorothy from of the wizard of oz with no inbetween, there's also the lack of pubs and chippies in my area which. Where the fuck am I supposed to get some 19-30 Egirl bitches if not a local weatherspoons? Not an antisemite or anything, I just blame them and their boring weirdness for my loneliness. The Gravlax they make is pretty good though.
