I've worked as a 911 operator and that has happened. We ask if they've made a mistake calling 911 (yes/no), Do they need help (yes/no), Can they talk freely (yes/no), then What address should we send the police?

For me it was a woman asking for a pizza while a guy was screaming at her in the background.

It's a whole procedure we have to follow.
