Onto the main point though-- it's not the motorcycle specifically. What that does is give people an opening-- for those of us who are closed off and obviously intelligent, people really *do* want to talk to you about stuff-- Intelligent conversation and humor is an absolute pleasure--
That other man might not even realize it, but it's not all about simply the motorcycle.. the bike actually represents an easy opener for people to approach him with. In reciprocation, anon doesn't have his guard up either, because it's a topic he's comfortable with.
