you should experiment with more angles (which is also good for getting a better burn ive noticed, and you can also switch angles mid set), elbows tucked more naturally, etc.
if it still persists your shoulder joint is kind of fucked and you should look into other exercises, and also buy a band and do banded pullaparts everyday cause they fix a lot of shoulder issues and also work on your posture and upper back muscles, which are probably looking horrible for you since you post on 4chan 30 hours a day
