it goes much better if i've been running or climbing or whatever, the calluses are thicker & i don't have to be nearly as careful
i need to live somewhere with extremely clean floors, i think
when my feet are super clean it's much easier to avoid picking at them

especially with other people
it's hard to find motivation sometimes
