Personally I think it's a shame Elizabeth Warren didn't run.
IIRC she didn't run because she realized she'd be directly and specifically measured against Hillary and figured there's no way she could win over someone that much more powerful and influential, but in retrospect I think she might've had a very real chance (if only because of how much of a shitshow Hillary's campaign ended up being, not to mention all the shit that came out about her).
