It's really interesting being a westerner and seeing media propaganda slowly take effect and cause people to become so strongly opinioned over the course of a few years.
I remember this war starting and everyone being anti-russian. There were reports most Russians were confused too, stating they had good friends in Ukraine etc. I remember being against the "special operation" was initially bipartisan until fox news told conservatives what to think and they all started hating Ukraine. Basically flipped like a switch overnight.
This whole thing has helped me understand the human psyche. It really is fascinating.
