They get charged for shit they didn't need (and convinced that they needed it in the first place). They get charged a fortune. They decide to ignore medical conditions until they become fucked because they don't want to pay. That person could have been working. But no. Instead, they couldn't afford health care and ignored their problems. Now they are permanently sick. A drain on society. If they had free health care, they would be paying taxes.
Besides that. It's the right thing to do. I don't mind paying extra tax to allow people to see a doctor. If the only thing that convinces you is that free health care is good for an economy. Then you are a sociopath. If you convince yourself that free health care is bad based on the minority of fat cunts on the internet that want it. Then you are probably acting out of emotion, and not logic.
