You're not clean yet. A lot of shit gets caked on that takes some time to scrub off. I was borderline homeless for 3 months and the first time I showered when my parents let me come live with them I couldn't feel anything on the outside of my feet for a month because of the layer of dead skin and dirt that caked on.

I didn't go outside much. I was sleeping on a prostitutes couch in a house that had barely any running water. I spent most of my time sleeping and getting high.
