3) The illegality of what he did is tenuous. AoC is raised to 18 in his state if he coerces a virgin, what is what it looks like he did but imagine having that stuff dragged out in court. Also any filming/pics he did of sex with her (illegal on the federal level) is destroyed evidence by now.
He's still walking on a tightrope though, all it will take is someone with enough clout/fame to expose Sam, but all that would do is ensure Sam never breaks into the mainstream which is something I think he accepts now.
