see we have weak payroll numbers. what the fed SHOULD do is a surprise rate cut, and do it today but they will probably wait until monday if that even happens. but bears should know that's in play and it could send the market up a ton, it has happened before so it is not unprecedented, and if you listened to powell's speech he said several times that he was focused on employment, and that he went by government numbers not adp. so anyways expect cuts soon, at the next meeting at the latest, but i think they do surprise, might have to see the market fall a little bit more before that happens.

deadlifts went fine. benched 180 4x5 and actually 6 reps the first set. upped the weight on all my machine work and finished the night with 45 lb hammer curls. big improvements tonight and i've eaten very well today. officially proud of myself, probably the strongest i've ever been. i have been lower body fat however, my cardio is still a shadow of what it used to be, but it's coming along too. nice to gain something in what has been a tough week.

I don't usually laugh at grown men crying, except maybe at Jordan Peterson that does it on every occassion, but for a Pokemon Card seemed a bit crazy for me. My stance got softened a bit after he explained the vendor was selling it for a friend, so there was the feeling of guilt that could have been the major drive.

Even took pictures, but the more I look at them, the more flaws I find. One guy contacted me on the Raichu, offered me less than I wanted.
