I had a hole in my wisdom tooth that reached the dentin.
Once I noticed it the hole, this is what I did:
First I did a 3+ week fast (First 5 days were a dry fast, the remaining were a water fast).
During and after the fast, I used Sangi Apagard Royal and MI Paste Plus liberally.
When my fast ended, I switched to a strict carnivore diet and I started mega dosing Vitamin D3, K3, Calcium and Collagen.
I kept eating windows to OMAD, and regularly did longer fasts (72 hours) as well. High intensity exercise was done daily.
The fasting and intensive exercise were meant to induce autophagy and HGH production which I believe aided in the growth of the new dentin.
The dentin eventually grew and filled in the hole.
It's noticeable, there's a spot on my tooth now that is ever so slightly yellower than the rest of the tooth.
No regular person will do all that though.
