my left shoulder is jacked up visibly from trying to learn to skate a few years back

I was able to go down slopes and got cocky going down a steep road

it doesn't hurt now but I bet it will hurt lol my shoulder in like down but I'm probably being a pussy

Literally when I was a kid friends would hold rackets and stuff to hold infront and behind the skateboard while I was on it. Not sure if this helps any but just getting used to being on a board will help. Getting the trucks at the right tightness is also a big help (like for a beginner, the trucks should be really tight with little to no give in them).

And don't use shitty stock wheels like element or darkstar get good or at least decent ones and nothing smaller than 54mm or harder than 99a
