and do you know what this 'terrible drug abuse' did to me? I have a normal blood pressure for now instead of getting black outs when standing up too fast. This is killing myself it seems.
Im not going to take any meds today not because i think i overdid it but just because nobody should after getting this little sleep in general. My frequency and severity of sleep issues did not increase. They just feel different now. While i used to lay restless in bed for 5 hours before falling asleep i just sorta don't feel the need to until a little later at which point however i sleep fine with the meds.

Dealing with the fallout dysfunctional family doing dysfunctional family things is what im worried about.
