Raw milk is good, but it must be obtained from cows that are hygenic, healthy, well maintained, and not injected with slop. This should be obvious, but NPCs like you need it spelled out I guess. Amish ONLY drink Raw Milk from organic healthy cows they maintain, and they never get sick from it. In fact they're far healthier than you will ever be.
