Anyways, when im lazy i sometimes put some sugar in the cup and start the machine. Put some milk in there and mix. When i want to be fancy i put some milk and maybe sugar in the cup, foam it up with one of these foamers from ikea, start the machine and continue using the foamer. Didn't do this for a while so my current attempt tastes pretty bad. Wont make a new one and i wont waste this cup but still.

But unironically i don't think that it helps that much if you don't have ADHD. I remember a study from 'merrica about students who dope and students who don't. They had the same GPA at the end.
Could also be because in every experience report i read online about people doing just that they crushed and snorted like 200mg at 3 AM to do last minute studies. Still, im sure that the study accounted for retards doing retarded shit and did not value their data as much.
