>>23110536It is in a lot of places, I mostly mean in the cities. However they are building more cycle lanes on roads around my city. Also if you avoid roads there are lots of nice foot paths to cycle on which you can get around a lot of the city on. And you are right that most of Europe is pretty bike freindly just Germany and the Netherlands are Exellent for cycling as they have roads that are just for bikes and stuff.
I more just meant that areas that get a lot of car traffic are sometimes stressful to cycle. Its probably a lot more bike freindly than Brazil even in these areas but I dont know a lot about Brazil.
I unfortunately cant swim but it is supposed to be one of the best forms of exersize so thats great ur doing it.
Lifting is great and I would encourage you to try it out just make sure you use good form and dont let ur ego make you push yourself too hard or lift weights that are too heavy while you are still learning. And do everything you can to look after ur joints and tendons I messed mine up from lifting too agressively as a teenager.
