>>23145836i thought about this a bit and i think i would draw someone dead-eyed like the one on the left, I imagine a war veteran to have a very neutral look (as opposed to the "to me you're just an insect" look on the right) and, of course, the lack of pupils in the drawing is what anime usually does to show dead eyes (also note the eyebrows being more "relaxed")
I haven't interacted with war veterans though so i dont know if it's accurate
What i like about the disinterested bant-tan secretary is that it implies a very dominant character which is exactly how i always imagined bant-tan
