I have noticed they seem to not ban as much. Lots of new anons which is good but they think they know it all for now. We will see how they do during the next market crash. Some anons are gone from both boards and that makes me a bit sad but times change. For now, we just keep on keeping on.

ran into my perspective friend while i was out, serendipity. i greeted him, asked him to spot me tonight at the gym, he said he would. hope he comes through this time. i have not given up on him either. sometimes people are just unsure of things, it's hard to tell, everyone has their own issues to work through. but anyways that really cheered me up and there's something to look forward to. i really hope i can make friends with this guy, he's very much my type of person, was so disappointed when he flaked on me, but glad to have another chance.

was made a fool of again, my friend-to-be didn't show, didn't text. i forgive him i guess. some people are just difficult to get close to. didn't stop me from having the best workout of my life, benched 185 3x6 and a 4th set of 5, deadlifted 215, was easy, will do it one more time but i'll do 220 by wednesday.

slept most the night. didn't even plan it like that, just happened. really positive development and hope it can continue. good morning sweetheart, see you're up. i hope your day goes well. i'm going to call my mom in a minute, she just got back from a cruise, she'll be coming home in a few weeks and i'm excited to see her and my dog again. not much planned for today, gotta go out and get bananas and a few other things, but just relaxing. sore from yesterday's workout but otherwise feeling really good. excited to see how intc and my other stocks trade, am feeling pretty bullish right now, even though the market is near highs, there's been a lot of selling under the surface and in the last few days the russell has started to outperform, think there's more of that coming, and i expect eth to make new ath's this year as well.

called my mom. she said she enjoyed the cruise but it didn't sound like it very much. she probably would have had more fun golfing and riding bikes. no big deal. her life is one big party anyhow. my dog is doing well, he had to have a dogsitter for a week, i was worried about him. thread seems pretty dead, but that's alright. pied pipers are doing their work over in /biz/ and soon the faithless and new will realize how important flags are, how valuable freedom is, how quality beats quantity. in the meantime i will keep us alive and vibrant. bant /smg/ has been the most fun i've had on 4chan since the very old days, allowed me to flourish artistically and find the love of my life, i'm very fond of it. trying not to gloat and brag about my very large intc position, still got a ways to go before i'm happy anyways and so much is still uncertain, but i am excited about where things are going. soon they will have the best chips on the market, and with the government in their corner with the goal of having the best chips made here in the usa forever, i think the future of this company is very bright.
also been shilling wkey and ssl this year, wkey is struggling a bit, but the ceo is headed to the uae tomorrow, hopefully to get some interest in big investors, but ssl is doing very well, still think it's very undervalued. it's only 7x the valuation of /biz/ favorite hgraf, except they have ~15 billion in annual revenues, a massive asset base, cash on the balance sheet, global operations, and wide institutional ownership (remember, the number on finviz is not the truth, ssl is an adr, institutions own the shares listed in johannesburg, had arguments with dimwits over that). anyways i'm still pounding the table on both of those, i have given up shilling laes, even though that's the best portion of wkey, it's too highly valued at the moment, all it's good for right now is for wkey to raise cash with, but you never really know in the stock market.

now's when i should be sleeping. not tired yet though. watching the prices get worse in the pre-premarket. intc and btbt getting hit, feeling targeted. sectors i like to trade are holding up though, but that doesn't really give me clues on what to do tomorrow.
hit my goal in cardio, more incremental improvement. on bike days i do a sprint basically, turn the resistance up pretty high, when i first started i could only go a half mile before having to turn it down, tonight i did 1.9 miles, then i turn the resistance down and cruise 'til i'm all sweaty, then i crank it back up and do a 1 minute sprint to close it out. also do pullups/chinups afterwards. back when i was younger and in better shape i was doing 5.5 miles at that same resistance, hard to imagine that today. but that's the kind of shape i was in just a few years ago. if i keep improving at this pace though, i could be back there by this time next year.
soxx and xbi are the sectors i like to trade, lotta volatility in them, been good to me this year, soxx is at the bottom of a trading range after a selloff, xbi just broke out, feeling bearish but not sure what to do here, neither seems to be at a level i want to be bearish at, and i don't feel like we're gonna rally today either so i'm trying to think what to do. might be a good day to trade gold or oil, but i'm nervous that better relations with russia will send those down, they have a lot of commodities they want to sell which will be bearish for that. anyways just thinking out loud. as i said i don't know what to do today, will consult the horoscope to see if i should even be trading at all. anyways that's all i can say about the trade setup, know it's not much, but i think caution and patience is a good idea today.

dreamed about my favorite doggy. miss her, but it was good to see her in dreamland again. 3rd time this year. ugly selloff got even worse... what even is this? gets me worried. watched a china fear vid from the epoch times, bear in mind that's an anti-china group, but they were saying that china's government and military leadership is in turmoil right now and that increases danger for an international dispute, focus attention outward instead of at domestic problems. worried about a taiwan blockade or something similar on the high seas, we're nearing that time of year. then again there's an important political event in october and maybe everything should be safe until then. we will see, but like i said, sharp selloffs like this out of nowhere are worrisome and make me think there's something about to happen.

traded soxl today. some good, some pretty bad, but all profitable. sorry i didn't blog them, i was hedging my shame, i am down a lot today and already in bad trades and not trying to look dumber than i already feel. but made some lemonade out of the lemons i was served today. +235 trading, which does not even come close to lessening the sting of today's downside, but like i said, when prices recover again i will be glad for it. have not booked losses on btbt, stuck in another bad biotech trade, but confident both will be profitable eventually. think there's more upside coming today, but i'm leaving to go get some food and then take a nap.

hopeful for a big pump into the close, getting a bit of one, but not gonna trade, already hooked and levered, had a good trading day, don't want to screw it up and add stress. no idea what's gonna happen. indices finishing off their lows is a very good sign though and i hope this keeps up, think that was a lot of downside very quickly and it makes me nervous especially with no real news. so far it looks like a rebalance, value up strongly 2 days in a row.

watching eth price, 4300 looks important for the moment, i used eth to time the bottom today in soxl, and watching it trade kept me confident of upside, mentioned before how it's a bellwether risk-on asset, helped me out today. got a few other trading tricks, watching how dxy is trading is one of them, down is bullish, up is bearish, watching the intc chart helps for soxl too, and there's often trend changes 3 hours after the opening when the euromarket closes, and the half hour before that can tip you off as well, see if they're closing shorts or pushing things further down. biotech often trades "reactively," when s&p or nasdaq cross important levels it often reacts in-kind, ramping or dumping. just a few things i've learned, wouldn't go crazy or make them rules of thumb, but these tricks have helped me.

I do miss the old threads. I think the /biz/ jannys got a bit humbled after the data leak and exodus to sharty. The board isn’t great but it’s not as bad as it was. I kind of think it’s just the over all low moral towards the market right now. The historical value of my account has not moved much since last November despite all the buying I have been doing. weekly look at the komp weekly chart. 3% move on friday as i predicted. it could have gone the other direction though, glad powell did the right thing. anyways next stop is $60, which served as support before the biden bear market, check the monthly chart for that. looks clear for takeoff, but any weakness should be taken as a sign that we aren't. we probably move up to $59 and change before we start seeing problems though, that's my prediction anyways. seems really bullish.

arkk had a different kind of week though, red candle. komp and arkk are similar in composition, they have exposure to the same sectors, but inversly weighted, komp is heaviest in places arkk is lightest and vice versa. komp is also much more highly diversified. but they own the same kinds of companies. arkk has had a much better year but is a lot farther from it's 2022 support, which is $110. this is worth paying attention to and watching how they trade going forward, might get some buying opportunities.
